The work
Slogan Workshop is an activist sound project dedicated to the culture of political slogans and their possible forms in contemporary rebellion.
Participants begin by exchanging ideas and proposing slogans. Together they select phrases, test how they sound when spoken collectively, and develop gestures, rhythms and movements around them. The workshop becomes a rehearsal in which language is treated not only as a message but as something produced by bodies acting in public space.
The resulting material moves from preparation into performance. Individual statements become collective voices; words are repeated, altered and physically coordinated until they begin to function as a shared action.
Slogan Workshop treats the slogan as a technology that can be continuously reinvented: a compressed form of political imagination designed to leave the workshop and enter the street.
